Cricut Cartridge Storage

I hate carrying those large boxes for the cricut cartridges to a CROP. I found the instructions on http://splatpat.blogspot.com. It took 1/2 hour to make and since I got the ribbon box on sale, it was $5.50 to make! Taking my cartridges to crops won't be such a hassle now! The top picture shows all the boxes that the storage replaces! Pretty great idea!

Awesome Job!!!

My friend, Sue Matthews, is a great scrapbooker. She sells for Creative Memories and does beautiful pages. She has a spread featured on http://www.allisonrdavis.blogspot.com/. Her layout is from her trip to Alaska.

Check out the blog. Alison has some great sketches on her blog. Enjoy!!!

Christmas Cards

Check out this beautiful Christmas card Shelly Watson made! Mine will definitely pale in comparison!! Shelly's blog is www.paperandflowers.blogspot.com.

Another Day in Paradise

Have you ever thought it would be great to stay at home and do absolutely nothing?! I have always dreamed of it. We'll I'm in day 9 of just that and........it's BORING!!! I thought I would've been able to sew, or scrapbook or stamp. It's just not working that way.

I have been showered with care by Bob, friends from church and friends from work. Bob's barely had to cook! We've had some delicious food including desserts. That's Evan's favorite part!

I want to be more productive tomorrow. I am going to plan to do SOMETHING! Even if it's just a little bit of stamping. I am in deseparate need of thank you cards.

Surgery

Wow! It's been forever since I blogged! I had surgery last Monday (11/1/10). The first 4 days were horrible, but it's getting better now. I had my first full cast put on today. Next week, I'll get another cast as well as have my 13 staples taken out.

I truly thought I was going to be able to scrapbook, stamp and/or sew by last Thursday. WHAT A JOKE!! Maybe this week.

Here's my lovely foot:
